Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge before we start preparing your order: contact us with your order number. Once preparation starts it can't be cancelled, as food is made to order. If your order has a deposit, it is refunded when you cancel before we start, and not after.

Problems

If an item is wrong, missing or damaged, contact us when it arrives with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Refunds

We refund you within 3 working days of approving the refund, the same way you paid.

Card payments go back to the same card through the payment company; your bank usually takes 7–14 working days to show it. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by transfer, as you prefer. If you were charged for an order that had already been cancelled (for example, a payment that arrived after the online payment window closed), we refund it in full.
